This is a service I am providing, in which I will make a personalised training program, fully customised to your available training days, the exercises that you are able to perform and/or have access to and your goals. I will look at what is most optimal in your current position, and make choices considering those factors. You decide how often you go to the gym. The  training program will be set up with the most effective exercises for muscle stimulation, to be used for either muscle gain or fat loss. Nutrition can be tough, especially when you don’t have the time to think about what you’re going to eat for each and every meal. That’s when a Meal Plan can be very beneficial and time saving! What’s included with the Meal Plan:

  • Your calculated macronutrient and caloric needs, specified towards your goals
  • Flexible food choices (no ‘Chicken, Rice & Brocolli for every meal’)
  • Foods that you enjoy or prefer to eat
  • Full supplement guide (which work, which don’t work, so you don’t buy unnecassary supplements!)
  • Advice on how to track your nutrition if you e.g go out for dinner

Proteins, carbohydrates and fats will be perfectly calculated with your training and daily activities taken into consideration.
